Rosmalen, May 24-26 – The highly anticipated Dutch Darts Championship is set to commence, with Dave Chisnall aiming to defend his crown in the seventh European Tour event of the season. Forty-eight players will battle it out for the £30,000 top prize, including the formidable Michael van Gerwen, who will be seeking his first European Tour title this year.
The tournament draw has been confirmed, and Chisnall will face either Niels Zonneveld or Haupai Puha in the opening round. Raymond van Barneveld, a crowd favorite, will take on Cameron Menzies, while Dirk van Duijvenbode takes on Callan Rydz, and Joe Cullen faces Jermaine Wattimena.
Other notable matchups include Dimitri van den Bergh renewing his rivalry with Gabriel Clemens, and Damon Heta opening his campaign against Ritchie Edhouse or Jiri Brejcha.
