Darts Stars Qualify for Prestigious Events
On a successful day for darts enthusiasts, the Tour Card qualifying tournaments for the Dutch Darts Championship and the European Darts Open were held last Wednesday. Amidst the intense competition, only three players managed to qualify for both prestigious events – the Swedish-Dutchman Owen Bates, and the two Englishmen, Jeffrey de Graaf and Dom Taylor.
These three darts stars showcased their exceptional skills, earning their places at the upcoming Dutch Darts Championship in Rosmalen (May 24-26) and the European Darts Open in Leverkusen. Joining them on the roster are Madars Razma, Mickey Mansell, Cameron Menzies, Ryan Meikle, Niels Zonneveld, William O’Connor, and Haupai Puha for the Dutch Darts Championship, while Nathan Rafferty, Radek Szaganski, Mike de Decker, Callan Rydz, Karel Sedlacek, Matthew Dennant, and Andy Baetens will compete in the European Darts Open.
The qualifier for the European Darts Open saw De Graaf as the sole Dutch representative to secure a spot, showcasing the diverse international talent that will grace the event in Leverkusen.
