Darts Qualifying Tournaments Showcase Rising Stars
Tour Card Qualifiers Secure Spots in Dutch and European Events
Last week, the Tour Card qualifying tournaments for the Dutch Darts Championship and the European Darts Open took center stage. In a remarkable display of talent, only three players managed to secure spots in both prestigious events. The Dutch-Swedish star, Owen Bates, and the two Englishmen, Jeffrey de Graaf and Dom Taylor, emerged victorious, proving their versatility and prowess on the darts circuit.
The successful qualification of Bates, De Graaf, and Taylor was a highlight of the day, as they will now have the opportunity to showcase their skills at the Dutch Darts Championship in Rosmalen (May 24-26) and the European Darts Open in Leverkusen. They will be joined by a talented lineup, including Madars Razma, Mickey Mansell, Cameron Menzies, Ryan Meikle, Niels Zonneveld, William O’Connor, and Haupai Puha at the Dutch event, and Nathan Rafferty, Radek Szaganski, Mike de Decker, Callan Rydz, Karel Sedlacek, Matthew Dennant, and Andy Baetens at the European Darts Open.
“The qualifying tournaments have set the stage for an exciting slate of darts action in the coming months, as the best players in the world compete for prestigious titles and the chance to etch their names in the sport’s history.”
