Exciting News for Darts Fans: Bradly Roes to Compete in Modus Super Series 7 Champions Week
Darts enthusiasts, get ready for an electrifying event as Bradly Roes, the former WDF youth world champion, prepares to take the stage in the Modus Super Series 7 Champions Week next week. The young Dutch sensation will face off against eleven other skilled players, vying for the top prize of £20,000.
Roes, who recently won the third week of the Modus Super Series 7, is eager to build on his success. “Finally, after two times before where I lost in the final, I won on my third attempt, and I’m really happy about that,” the 19-year-old said. Roes, who has a natural flair for the game, feels at home on the stage, thriving under the camera’s gaze. “I feel comfortable on that stage, and I really like the setup of the venue. It’s all quiet with the cameras, and I enjoy playing in front of them with nice guys. It’s important as a darts player to just have fun.”
Despite the stiff competition, Roes remains confident in his abilities. “It’s a hard field in this series, with players like Neil Duff, Beau Greaves, Reece Robinson, and Jimmy van Schie, but I know I can play. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have qualified for Champions Week.” Roes’ main goal is to make it to Finals Night, but he’s determined to soak in the experience, regardless of the outcome. “For my first time, I want to enjoy it, and if I don’t make Finals Night, then I don’t make it. It’s all about the experience, along with the opportunity to play at a new level, and I’m really grateful for that.”
The Modus Super Series has partnered with the Amateur Darts Circuit (ADC), allowing winners of ADC tournaments worldwide to participate in the Modus Super Series. “I think it’s good for amateur players to get a chance to play in front of cameras because it’s not actually normal in darts,” Roes explained. “You have the Riley’s qualifiers for the UK Open, which is also for the amateur players, and they get a chance to play at a big TV Major. I think it’s great for the ADC and MODUS that they work together to give many amateur players the chance to play in front of a camera.”
As the Modus Super Series 7 Champions Week approaches, darts enthusiasts can expect an electrifying display of skill and sportsmanship from Bradly Roes and the other talented competitors. Stay tuned for the latest updates and live scores as the action unfolds.
