The Darts World Eagerly Awaits the 2024 Dutch Darts Championship
The 2024 Dutch Darts Championship, set to take place on the prestigious European Tour calendar from May 24th to 26th in the vibrant city of Rosmalen, is eagerly anticipated by the darts world.
This highly anticipated event has now released its initial seeding list, showcasing the top talents in the sport. Notably absent from the lineup are World Darts Championship finalists Luke Humphries and Luke Littler. Humphries’ absence has not been officially announced, while Littler will be attending the FA Cup final between Manchester United and Manchester City at Wembley Stadium in London.
However, the tournament will still boast an impressive lineup of darts superstars. World-class players such as Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price, Peter Wright, and Michael Smith are among the top-16 seeded players and will enter the tournament in the second round. For other notable names like Jonny Clayton, Nathan Aspinall, and Dimitri van den Bergh, the competition will start as early as the first round.

In total, 48 players will be vying for the championship, with the remaining 16 spots coming from various qualifying tournaments. On May 8th, the remaining Tour Card holders will compete for the final 10 qualifying spots, adding to the excitement and anticipation.
